TE Connectivity (TE) will be implementing a price change across all regions effective July 3, 2023, for all Authorized TE Distributors. Please note that all ADM (Aerospace, Defense & Marine) open order backlogs not delivered prior to August 3, 2023, will then be modified to the new pricing levels.
To assist your review of changes to specific parts or product lines implemented since the last published price list, please reference the coding and filters in the TE eCommerce website under “Price Book Download.” In the “Price Changes” section, apply a filter on the letters: R, A, I, D or a specific TE Business Unit. Additional details are provided beneath this message including the date that the price files will be available for download as well as purchase order and price protection cut-off dates.
Due to potential capacity constraints, purchase orders received after the date of this notification and before the price change effective date may be subject to volume restrictions prior to acceptance by TE.

TE eCommerce Price Book Download
Please reference the “Price Book Download” on the TE eCommerce website to review the July 3, 2023, price changes. This includes a lettering system that will identify the changes made to a specific part since the last Price List publication. The letter can be found under the column heading “Price Change Indicator.” Blanks in this field indicate no changes have been made to the part since the last publication of the Price List.
R = Revised – part has had changes to quantity and/or column structure
A = Add – new part added to published price book
I = Increased – price increase from last published price book
D = Decreased – price decreased from last published price book
NOTE: Only parts identified with “D” in this field are eligible for price protection claims with exceptions noted in item #9 under the Price Protection Claims section.
The Non-Pricing Change Indicator is also identified on the report. This information is updated weekly and is available with downloads.
0 = No Changes in the past week that have impacted the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), packaging or lead time (LT).
I = Changes have occurred in the past week that do impact MOQ, packaging or LT.
You may also select specific TE Business Unit (BU) information within the application, which allows you to filter on specific global product lines (GPL) within that BU.
The TE Price Book Download will begin to display the Distributor Cost at the MOQ quantity or a price scale that incorporates the MOQ quantity. TE recommends downloading the complete file to ensure all changes in both pricing and material availability are fully captured.
Due to the high volume of requests, please plan your requests for downloads during off-hours to expedite your information. You will receive an e-mail notification when your download is complete.
In support of our TE New Growth Opportunities (TE-REG) program, a column is available within the Price Book Download that will identify which parts are eligible for TE-REG registration with a “Yes” designation.
Price Change Information - Effective July 3, 2023
Price Availability: TE e-Commerce Price Book Download will be available to download with new prices on June 3, 2023. If any other pricing agreements are part of this price change, they will be shared in separate communication(s).
Last Ship Dates At Prior Prices: All purchase orders received on or after June 3, 2023, and before the price adjustment effective date of July 3, 2023, with confirmed TE ship dates beyond October 3, 2023, are subject to the new pricing. This applies to all orders and partially shipped orders. Exceptions to this are for all ADM purchase orders, per the below.
ADM purchase orders: All purchase orders placed before the price adjustment effective date of July 3, 2023, will also be adjusted to the new pricing on August 3, 2023, if not already delivered. This applies to all orders and partially shipped orders.
Order Cut-Off Date: The last cut-off date to place orders with TE Customer Care will be June 30, 2023, before 11:45 a.m. in the region that the order would be placed to allow for processing. This will ensure that the order is priced accurately using the pre-Jul 3, 2023, pricing. Orders received after the cut-off time will be booked using pricing effective July 3, 2023. Due to potential capacity constraints, purchase orders received on or after June 2, 2023, and before the July 3, 2023, price change effective date, may be subject to volume restrictions prior to acceptance by TE. During this time, we ask that you limit quantities requested for immediate delivery to no greater than twice your average monthly demand.
Price Protection Claims: The price protection cut-off date for claims is September 3, 2023. Claims received after this date will not be processed. Claims are only valid on parts purchased directly from TE in the past 12 months. Regarding inventory price protection claims, please be advised that the following will again be in place for the July 3, 2023, price change. TE will adjust all open backlog orders on parts with decreases.

- Line-item minimum of $50.00. Claims under this amount will not be processed.
- Quantity and prior actual price paid must be based on individual Purchase Orders and related invoices.
- Aggregation of Purchase Orders is prohibited. Each individual Purchase Order must be considered separately.
- Cost averaging across Purchase Orders is prohibited. Actual price must be used.
- TE will assume responsibility for the adjustment of open Purchase Orders/Items and partially shipped Purchase Orders.
- Claims will not be accepted for any price decreases due to MOQ Changes, changes to quantity breaks or column restructure. Adjustment to the column structures in certain product lines may be required to better align with market conditions or a product line. Said adjustments to the column structure may necessitate a change in price in orders to bring prices in line with the new columns. The changes may cause an increase or decrease in the pricing for the new columns but shall in no event be construed as a general price decrease. Only parts identified with “D” in the Price Change Indicator field on the TE Price Book Download are eligible for price protection, except as noted in #9 below.
- All requests for inventory claims should be sent directly to your Key Account Manager (KAM) and Solutions Center Consultant.
- Exceptions to Price Protection claims are Restructures (R) where:
a. the complete elimination or removal of a price column where pricing does not change for the remaining columns.
b. for ADM Products, any change in price due to a change in the price column structure. - TE will provide confirmation and acceptance of claim amounts. Until this notification is received, please do not issue debits, or make short payments of invoices.
