產品介紹
芯能的IGBT採用國際領先的溝槽結構+場截止型技術(Trench + FS),合理優化了器件電流密度 ,獲得了最佳的飽和導通壓降(Vce(sat))和關斷損耗(Eoff)平衡。完美適用於電磁加熱、電機驅動、工業電源等各類應用。芯能IGBT擊穿電壓保證足夠冗餘,電參數一致性高並且有牢固的可靠性。同時具有高的短路電流能力。

IPM將功率元件連同其驅動電路和多種保護電路封裝在同一模組內,進行過完美的匹配,使系統設計者從繁瑣的驅動和保護電路設計中解脫出來,同時提高了系統的可靠性。
本公司現有產品包括:IPM23,IPM24,IPM25,IPM26,IPM29。
封裝形式有:DIP23,SOP23,PQFN,DIP24,DIP25,DIP26,DIP29。

芯能推出的IGBT模組採用溝槽結構的場截止技術(Trench Field Stop),溝槽元胞結構大大增加元件的功率密度,透過超薄片製程(Ultra Thin Wafer Process)在晶片集電極端使用 電場截止型(Field Stop)結構,從而顯著降低裝置的飽和導通壓降(Vce(sat))和關斷損耗(Eoff),對比上一代產品,裝置功率損耗(導通損耗與開關損耗總和 )降低了33%,配合搭載獨立的等電壓快速恢復二極體(FRD),適合各類開關應用。 模組採用標準封裝,產品在嚴苛的環境下具有穩定一致的電參數和牢固的可靠性。
